I firmly believe that the best way to manage one’s life is to set goals. This is why I find it critcal to meet with my clients to define a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together.  This process begins with the first consultation, but is continuously modifed during each season.
I use the input I receive from my clients to develop a customized training program that is unique to each client, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.
